Welcome to VOX Revenue. By accessing or using the VOX Revenue platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By activating your VOX Revenue platform access, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Cancellation Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

2. Independent Business Operation

Participants operate as independent business owners and not as employees, agents, partners, or franchisees of VOX Revenue. You are solely responsible for your own business activities, decisions, compliance obligations, and results.

VOX Revenue provides access to a platform and tools only. No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created.

3. Platform Use

The VOX Revenue platform is provided for lawful business purposes only. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
  • Misrepresent the platform, its capabilities, or potential outcomes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

VOX Revenue reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation.

4. No Income Guarantees

VOX Revenue makes no guarantees regarding income, earnings, or financial success. Any examples of earnings are illustrative only and are not promises or guarantees of results.

Your success depends entirely on your own efforts, skills, experience, and business activities.

5. Fees, Billing, and Payments

Platform activation and ongoing access require payment of applicable fees. By enrolling, you authorize recurring billing using your provided payment method.

Current platform pricing includes:

  • One-Time Platform Activation Fee: $597
  • Monthly Platform Access Fee: $99 per month beginning in Month 2 unless otherwise stated
  • Platform Provisioning Fee: $97 per platform provisioned, except where expressly waived as part of an initial activation package or promotional offer
  • Message Delivery Charges: $0.04 per delivered message unless otherwise stated

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Activation fees
  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Platform provisioning fees
  • Message delivery charges

You agree to abide by the Cancellation Policy posted on this website, including required notice periods and billing obligations.

Failure to make timely payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

VOX Revenue reserves the right to modify future pricing upon notice. Any fees incurred prior to a pricing change remain payable.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate or pursue chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for any valid charges incurred under this Agreement.

In the event of a dispute:

  • VOX Revenue may immediately suspend or terminate your access
  • This Agreement, along with usage and billing records, may be submitted as evidence
  • You agree to remain responsible for all fees, costs, and damages associated with the dispute

You agree to contact VOX Revenue directly to resolve any billing issues prior to initiating a dispute.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the VOX Revenue platform, including but not limited to trademarks, branding, systems, content, and proprietary technology, are the exclusive property of VOX Revenue.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOX Revenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of the platform
  • Business activities conducted by Participants
  • Loss of income, profits, or data

Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOX Revenue, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your business activities
  • Your violation of these Terms

10. Termination

VOX Revenue reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any reason at its sole discretion.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

11. Personal Responsibility and Guarantee

If you enroll on behalf of a business entity, you personally guarantee all payment obligations under this Agreement and agree to be jointly and severally liable for all charges incurred.

12. Collections and Enforcement

In the event of non-payment, chargeback, or breach of these Terms, VOX Revenue reserves the right to pursue all available remedies.

You agree to be responsible for all costs of collection, including:

  • Collection agency fees
  • Administrative costs
  • Court costs
  • Reasonable attorneys' fees

Outstanding balances may be assigned to third-party collections without notice.

13. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

You waive:

  • The right to a jury trial
  • The right to participate in a class action

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Company's state of registration.

14. Modifications

VOX Revenue reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
