Platform activation requires payment of the specified fee. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any additional costs associated with operating your business, including but not limited to equipment, internet service, and marketing expenses.
All intellectual property rights in the VOX Revenue Network platform, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology, remain the exclusive property of VOX Revenue Network. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any proprietary materials without prior written consent.
VOX Revenue Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform or your business operations. Your sole remedy for any disputes is termination of your platform access.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOX Revenue Network from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your business activities or your use of the platform.
VOX Revenue Network reserves the right to terminate your platform access at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Participants who introduce the platform to others must follow the platform pricing policy. The stand-alone platform license may not be resold for less than $497 and should not exceed $5,000. This pricing policy helps protect the value of the system and ensures a fair marketplace for all participants.
