VOX Revenue Network provides licensed access to a communication platform and related infrastructure. Because access to the platform and system resources is provisioned digitally, the following refund policy applies.
The platform activation fee is non-refundable once platform access has been provisioned. Once an account is activated and login credentials are issued, the service is considered delivered.
The monthly platform license fee maintains active access to the system and infrastructure. Participants may cancel their subscription at any time in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle participants to refunds for fees already paid.
The following fees are non-refundable once platform access has been provisioned:
Refunds are not provided for unused services, early cancellation, or failure to utilize the platform after access has been granted.
Participants may cancel their monthly platform license at any time. Access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If access is cancelled and later reinstated, a new setup process and applicable activation fees may apply.
